Insbesondere mit Alan macht das Training Spa\u00df und ich komme voran. Es braucht einige Zeit, um das passende Trainermatch zu finden. Da war Durchhalteverm\u00f6gen gefragt. Ich bin sehr froh, das ich jetzt auf dem Weg bin, den ich gehen m\u00f6chte, n\u00e4mlich Kraft und Muskulatur aufbauen. Und insbesondere das Training routinem\u00e4\u00dfig im Alltag verankern. Die Trainingspl\u00e4ne sind passend und abwechslungsreich. Das ganze Team ist sehr nett. Falls man eine Stunde nicht wahrnehmen kann, findet sich immer eine L\u00f6sung. Der Preis ist nicht gering, aber je l\u00e4nger ich hier bin, desto mehr lerne ich die Expertise der Trainer\/innen sch\u00e4tzen und sehe die Effekte. Vor dem Mentoring war bei mir vieles noch ziemlich \u201eFreestyle\u201c. Gute Ergebnisse mit Kunden, aber intern oft wenig Struktur. Trainingsplanung, Tools, Onboarding\u2026 da ging einiges durcheinander und hat unn\u00f6tig Zeit gekostet. Durch das Mentoring habe ich vor allem eins gelernt: System schl\u00e4gt Improvisation. Heute arbeite ich mit klaren Strukturen in der Trainingsplanung, einem sauberen Onboarding-Prozess, einer verst\u00e4ndlichen Customer Journey und einer zentralen Plattform, \u00fcber die alles l\u00e4uft. Das macht nicht nur meine Arbeit effizienter, sondern hebt auch die Qualit\u00e4t f\u00fcr meine Kunden sp\u00fcrbar. Der gr\u00f6\u00dfte Gamechanger war f\u00fcr mich zu verstehen, dass ein starkes Coaching-Business nicht nur aus gutem Training besteht, sondern aus klaren, wiederholbaren Prozessen.
