Mainperformance was founded in 2019 by Dennis Naab, an experienced sports scientist and personal trainer, with a clear vision: to create a place where effective training and sustainable results are paramount. A place characterised not only by expertise, but also by passion and commitment.
Dennis recognised that the conventional personal training scene often remained superficial – focusing on entertainment rather than genuine progress. He wanted to go a different way. His goal was to offer executives, entrepreneurs, and the self-employed in Frankfurt an alternative: an exclusive, private environment where every training session was based on scientific principles and individually tailored to the needs of the client.
