Our prices in the tariff are based on the price per hour. To offer you maximum flexibility, we work with a minimum contract period of 12 weeks. and one Billing on a 14-day cycle by SEPA Direct Debit. This way you can concentrate on your training while we take care of the rest.

With our personal training in contingents, you choose an hour package that fits your life.

Instead of a fixed number of weeks, you train when your schedule allows. With no regular direct debits.

You choose between 12, 24 or 36 units, pay a one-off upfront fee, and have complete freedom to choose your appointment times.

What does that mean to you?

  • Maximum flexibility: You plan your units as best suits you. Whether once a week or three times during a stress-free phase.

  • No obligation to be regular: Ideal if you travel a lot, work shifts, or simply can't plan every week in the same way.

  • One-off payment You receive an hourly package that you can use flexibly – without ongoing direct debits or contractual ties.

The 2:1 semi-personal training is aimed at people who want guidance and focus, but don't want to train alone. You train in a fixed setting, with set appointments and a coach who actively manages both trainees. No group format and no compromises on quality.

What does that mean to you?

  • Personalised care Two people, one coach. Your training plan stays tailored to you. Goal, load, and progression are managed separately.

MP Online Coaching

Independent training in your gym outside of MP Studio

  • Personalised care
    You'll receive tailored training and nutrition plans that are perfectly aligned with your goals. These will be provided through our user-friendly app, so you can access them anytime.

  • Regular check-ups
    Every four weeks, we conduct in-person check-ups at the Mainperformance Studio. Together, we'll analyse your progress, optimise your training plan, and set new goals to ensure you continue to advance.

  • Professional analyses
    With a detailed initial assessment and ongoing body analyses, we create the foundation for a long-term transformation – not just physically, but also mentally.

Prices are per phase (4 weeks). Minimum duration: 3 phases of 4 weeks each. Initial check and 4-week appointments at the MP Studio, 4-weekly direct debit via SEPA direct debit mandate.

FAQ on Personal Training

Our minimum term is 12 weeks. After that, the membership will automatically renew for 4 weeks with a 4-week notice period.

By default, we work with a 14-day SEPA direct debit mandate. This keeps the process simple and transparent for you, allowing you to concentrate fully on your training.

If you would prefer to book a quota (e.g. 24, 36 or 48 units) in advance or pay cash, that is of course possible.

To ensure progress, we offer only 2x or 3x personal training sessions per week for the first 12 weeks. Thereafter, a downgrade to 1x per week can be arranged in consultation with your personal trainer.

The initial check-up is your first appointment after the free introductory consultation. To begin, we will complete a detailed health questionnaire together, analysing the following points:

  • Your current state of health
  • Stress levels, sleep quality, dietary habits
 
Following this, we will perform a body analysis using an InBody scale, where we will measure the most important 
Measure health markers
 
  • Body weight
  • Muscle mass
  • Body fat
  • Visceral fat
 
Furthermore, we will conduct an orthopaedic mobility and function test, which includes the following points:
 
  • Posture
  • Range of motion of the joints
  • Joint and muscle stability
  • Joint and muscle pain

Following the initial assessment, we will set achievable goals for the first 4 weeks. We will arrange your training appointments so that you can start straight away, and we will provide you with personalised recommendations for nutrition, exercise, and recovery.

The difference lies in the setting, not the ambition.

In personal training, you work 1:1 with your coach. Each session is entirely tailored to you. The pace, content, and breaks are exclusively dictated by your goals and your current condition. This is the most intensive form of support.

In 2:1 semi-personal training, you train with a second person of a similar performance level. One coach supervises both of you concurrently. Your training plan remains individual, but the execution happens simultaneously. You benefit from clear structure, high coaching density, and added accountability, without compromising on quality.

Both formats follow the same standards in planning, technology and support. The decision depends on whether you want maximum exclusivity or a structured setting with a shared focus.

Our semi-personal training is designed to give you maximum planning security while remaining flexible.

As a general rule:

Your sessions are not lost during holidays or illness. If you cannot make appointments, you have the option to reschedule them for an earlier or later date. If this is not possible within the same week, the sessions can also be „rolled over“ to a later date.

Our studio will be closed on public holidays. No training sessions will take place on these days. The affected sessions can of course be made up at a later date.

What's important is:

All units must be used within the respective quarter. It is not possible to carry over appointments to the next quarter.

Our aim is to provide you with a clear structure while allowing enough flexibility for the training to be integrated sustainably into your daily life.

Coaching FAQs

With our coaching, you can benefit from the skills and expertise of a Mainperformance Personal Trainer, while training at your own gym. Once you have signed up for coaching, you will be assigned an experienced Mainperformance Personal Trainer.

Based on the information you provide about your lifestyle, equipment, and goals, your trainer will create a bespoke personal training and nutrition plan that you can implement independently at home or at your gym.

Your trainer will then work with you via weekly email contact and our Mainperformance app messaging function to support and coach you on your journey to your goal.

The coaching takes place exclusively online and therefore does not involve any personal contact with a personal trainer at the MP Studio. For this reason, our online coaching is priced lower than in-person training at the facility.

Coaching can be incredibly effective. Why spend countless hours, weeks, or even years grappling with snippets of knowledge here and there, when you can go straight to the source and benefit from the most up-to-date insights and cutting-edge techniques?
We have the tools, knowledge, experience and passion to help you achieve your goal, no matter where you are in the world.

However, as the coaching takes place remotely, you won't have any face-to-face contact with a personal trainer. Therefore, you need to be self-motivated to get the most out of your investment.

Your training package will be tailored to your needs, however, and your trainer will work with you to adjust the plan as needed based on your weekly progress.

That's entirely up to you and depends on your preferences, lifestyle, and goals. Some people might only have 20-30 minutes a day to exercise, while others might want to train five days a week.
Your personal trainer will take all this information into account when creating your personal plan. For most clients, three to four training sessions a week is the right way to strike a balance between progress and effective recovery.

Absolutely. Whether you are brand new to training or already advanced, coaching is a cost-effective option that allows you to enjoy the Mainperformance customer experience from anywhere in the world. Your personal trainer will work with you to set clear, concrete goals and help you adapt the training program to your lifestyle. You will gain access to our first-class training programmes, as well as our expert knowledge on fat loss and muscle building.

All our programmes are delivered through the Mainperformance App, which has been specifically designed for our clients to facilitate check-ins, track progress, and provide a platform for continuous support and accountability.

Generally, most of our coaching programmes begin with a duration of three months. We recommend a minimum of three months as it typically takes at least that long to create lasting habit and lifestyle change and achieve a genuine return on your investment.
