    To begin, we capture your current status: nutrition, sleep, stress levels, daily structure, and routines.
    Together, we will define clear, realistic goals. For example, fat loss, performance improvement, or more energy in everyday life.
  2. Individual strategy
    Based on your data, you'll receive a tailor-made nutrition and habits plan that fits your daily life. Without restrictions, rigid rules, or calorie counting.
  3. Weekly Implementation & Feedback
    You receive specific weekly tasks (e.g. increase protein, optimise sleep routine, adjust meal times) and implement them step by step.

Our prices are based on training format and frequency. 2:1 semi-personal training starts from €80/hour, and 1:1 personal training starts from €120/hour.

As monthly packages with 2 sessions/week: €640 (2:1) or €960 (1:1). With 3 sessions/week: €960 (2:1) or €1,440 (1:1).
